Section 54(12) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020

(12)On or after the commencement date of this Act, no college shall offer Certificate/Diploma/Degree Courses in Fishery Sciences without affiliation of Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University and no Polytechnic colleges whether in Government or in Private sector shall offer such Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree Courses.
