15. Publication of electoral roll in draft.
- As soon as the electoral roll is ready, the Returning Officer shall publish it in draft by making a copy thereof available for inspection at his office and displaying a copy there of in his office notice board and at such other places of industrial establishment or such other industrial establishment(s) or a class of industry in a local area, as the case may be, as he may deem fit and proper.
