Section 2(j) in Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-Notified Tribes, (Vimukta Jatis) Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of issuance and verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000
(j)"Scheduled Castes" and "Scheduled Tribes" shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the clause (24) and clause (25) of Article 366 of the Constitution of India;
