Section 31(3) in Punjab Market Committees Bye-laws
(3)Subject to provision of bye-law 31-A the Chairman and the Secretary shall be entitled to sanction expenditure out of this amount for meeting petty expenses not exceeding [rupees five hundred] [Substituted vide Notification No. 7290 dated 30th March, 1987, published in the Gazetted dated 24th April, 1987.] and [rupees three hundred] [Substituted vide Notification No. 7290 dated 30th March, 1987, published in the Gazetted dated 24th April, 1987.] respectively in one instance :[Provided that the bills of water, electricity and telephone upto rupees one thousand may be paid by the Secretary from the imprest money.] [Substituted vide Notification No. 7290 dated 30th March, 1987, published in the Gazetted dated 24th April, 1987.]
