Section 3 in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008
3. Application.
- These regulations shall apply to an entity-(1)authorized by the Central Government under regulation 17 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand Natural Gas Pipelines) Regulations, 2008 for laying, building, operating or expanding a natural gas pipeline before the appointed day;(2)laying, building, operating or expanding a natural gas pipeline before the appointed day and authorized by the Board for such activities under regulation 18 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand Natural Gas Pipelines) Regulations, 2008; and(3)laying, building, operating or expanding a dedicated pipeline which is converted into a natural gas pipeline under the provisions of sub-regulation (1) or (2) of regulation 19 of Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand Natural Gas Pipelines) Regulations, 2008.
