Section 7B in The Pepsu Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1955
7B. [ One time concession. [Added vide Punjab Act 5 of 1998.]
- The concession given under sections 7 and 7A to the land owner who is a Non-Resident Indian shall be one time and shall be available only in respect of the land acquired or held by him before the commencement of the Pepsu Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Amendment) Act, 1997.]
