Section 13(1) in The West Bengal Standards Of Weights And Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(1)The State Government may appoint a Controller of Weights and Measures and as many Deputy Controllers of Weights and Measures, Assistant Controllers of Weights and Measures and as many Inspectors of Weights and Measures, as may be necessary for exercising the powers and discharging the duties conferred and imposed on them by or under this Act.
