Section 2(xi) in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
(xi)"Local Authority" means the Ajmer Development Authority constituted under the Ajmer Development Authority Act, 2013 (Act No. 39 of 2013), the Jaipur Development Authority constituted under the Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982 (Act No. 25 of 1982), the Jodhpur Development Authority constituted under the Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009 (Act No. 2 of 2009), an Urban Improvement Trust constituted under the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959 (Act No. 35 of 1959), or a Municipality constituted under the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009 (Act No. 18 of 2009), a Panchayati Raj Institution constituted under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994) or any other body or authority declared by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette, to be a local authority for the purposes of this Act;
