1. Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 prays for an adjournment, whereas learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that further proceedings before the learned Single Judge should be stayed.
2. This Court has been apprised that an application seeking permission to institute a suit in a representative capacity, as envisaged under Section 92 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 ("CPC"), is pending consideration before the learned Single Judge.
3. Originally, the suit was instituted by Respondent Nos.3 to 5, who subsequently sought permission to withdraw the same.
4. Respondent Nos.1 & 2 have now come forward to be substituted as Plaintiffs in place of Respondent Nos.3 to 5. The This is a digitally signed order.
