(2)No artisan shall, save as otherwise provided in this Act,-(i)buy or otherwise acquire or agree to buy or otherwise acquire, or(ii)accept or otherwise receive or agree to accept or otherwise receive, or(iii)sell, deliver, transfer or otherwise dispose of or agree to sell, deliver, transfer or otherwise dispose of,any article, ornament or primary gold.
