219. Prohibition of employment of women in foreign liquor shop without previous permission of Excise Commissioner.
- No person who is licensed to self foreign liquor shall, without the previous permission of the Excise Commissioner, during the hours in which such premises are kept open for business, employ or permit to be employed either with or without remuneration, any woman to assist him in the conduct of sales.
