Section 11 in Jammu and Kashmir Kahcharai Act, 1994
11. Registration of nomad graziers.
- Every nomad grazier who migrates with his livestock from place to place for pasture in summer and winter, shall be registered by a Kahcharai Officer in the Tehsil in which he resides in winter. The registration shall show necessary particulars relating to him and also the species and number of livestock in his possession.
