2] This is an application filed by the applicants seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impuged order dated 25/03/2010 passed by the learned Single Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 736/2006.
3] The respondent had given an undertaking on affidavit stating therein that in the event if the appeal is allowed and if he does not suceed in the matter, he will repay the amount paid to him.
4] Given the aforesaid undertaking, the Civil Application stands disposed of.
