(2)Words and expressions use in these rules and not defined but defined under the Act or under the Act Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) or the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) or the Depositories Act, 1996 (22 of 1996) or the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000) the Companies (Specification of definitions details) Rules, 2014 shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act or in those Acts or such rules.
