Section 15 in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013
15. Vacancy of member owing to absence without permission.-
If a member appointed or nominated to the Board remains absent, without permission of the Board, for three consecutive meetings thereof, his office thereupon shall become vacant, and shall be so declared by the Chairman.
