9. Constitution of managing committee.
(1)There shall be constituted a managing committee for every recognised institution.(2)The managing committee of every recognised institution shall elect a Secretary from amongst its members. An employee of the institution shall neither be the Secretary nor the treasurer.(3)The Secretary will perform such functions and exercise such right as may be prescribed.
