(1)The Village Council shall meet at least once in every three months for transaction of its business.(2)The meeting of the Village Council shall be held at the office of the Village Council or at such other convenient place at such time as may be notified by the President.Provided that the first meeting of the Village Council after the election shall be held on such date and time as may be appointed by the Government.
