Section 3(1) in The Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
(1)For carrying out the purpose of this Act, the Government shall, as soon as possible, after the commencement of this Act, by a notification in the official gazette, establish a Board to be called The [Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board.] [See Section 2A.]
