Section 13(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1951
(1)The [State Government] [Substituted by section 4 of the Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957-Published in the Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-A, Extraordinary, dated 13.8.57.] may from time to time make rule for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
