(1)At any time during the trial, should the court think it necessary, an impartial person may be employed to serve as an interpreter and sworn or affirmed as such in the following manner:—“I do swear in the name of Godsolemnly affirm that I will to the best of my ability trulyinterpret and translate as I will be required to do touching the matter before this court-martial.”
