Section 3(2)(aa) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.

(aa)not less than one and not more than three persons elected by registered graduates from amongst themselves, the number of such persons to be elected being calculated as far as practicable on the basis of one person for every two hundred registered graduates;
