Section 35(1) in The Maharashtra Management of Irrigation Systems by Farmers Rules, 2006
(1)All funds received by a Water Users' Association in accordance with the provisions of the Act and all sums accruing to it under the provisions of any law for the time being in force shall be credited forthwith to the Banks mentioned in section 57 and the funds shall be utilized to fulfil the objects of the Water Users' Association.
