9. Power of entry on land or building for survey, etc.
- The Director may authorise any person to enter into or upon any land or building with or without assistants or workman for the purpose of making any enquiry, inspection, measurement or survey or taking levels :Provided that no entry shall be made except between the hours of sunrise and sunset and without giving twenty-four hours notice to the occupier or owner of such land or building.
