Section 6(xxiv) in The Ganpat University Act, 2005
(xxiv)to execute conveyances regarding transfers, mortgagees, leases, licenses, agreements and other conveyances in respect of property, movable or immovable including Government securities belonging to the University or to be acquired for the purpose of the University, under the intimation to the State Government;
