Section 19(i) in Orissa Government Vehicles (Control and Use) Rules, 1978
(i)A standard cost against each item of the repairs work is to be fixed which would be approved by the Transport Commissioner, Orissa and circulated to all concerned positively before end of April every year. The standard cost prescribed shall remain valid till end of April of the next financial year.
