Section 17(1) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(1)For an ordinary meeting of the Governing Body, a notice specifying the place, date and time of the meeting, as approved by the Chairperson shall be given by the Secretary to the members at least two weeks prior to the date of such meeting and sent by registered post.
