Section 12(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Trustee Bank) Regulations, 2015
(1)The Trustee Bank shall deposit each year an annual fee before the due date which shall be determined through bid or in such other manner as may be decided by the Authority at the time of selection process.
