Section 1 in The SAARC Convention (Suppression of Terrorism) Act, 1993
1. Short title, extent and application.—
(1)This Act may be called the Saarc Convention (Suppression of Terrorism) Act, 1993.(2)It extends to the whole of India and, subject to the provisions of section 6, it applies also to any offence under this Act committed outside India by any person.
