Section 61 in The Juvenile Justice Act, 1986

61. Protection of action taken in good faith.

- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any probation officer or other officer appointed under this Act in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done is pursuance of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.
