Section 140(c) in The Rajasthan Revenue Courts Manual, 1956
(c)In cases in which issue have been framed, the Court shall give its finding or decision with reasons thereof upon each separate issue unless the finding upon any one or more of the issues is sufficient for the decision of the case.
