Section 339 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
339. Solid wastes to be property of Corporation.
- All solid wastes deposited in public receptacles, depots and places provided or appointed under Section 340 and all solid wastes collected by the Corporation employees or contractors or any other agency authorized in this behalf shall be the property of the corporation.
