Section 11(2) in The Delhi Metro Airport Express Line, General Rules, 2010
(2)No Delhi Metro Airport Express Line employee, while on duty, shall be in a state of intoxication or in a state in which, by reason of his having taken or used any alcoholic drink, sedative, narcotic or stimulant drug or preparation, his capacity to perform his duties is impaired.
