Section 33 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
33. Amendment of sections 247, 250, 251 and 269.- In sections 247, 250, 251and 269 of the principal Act, for the words" Company Law Board", wherever they occur, the word" Tribunal" shall be substituted.
