(2)A copy of the record made by every visitor, together with the Superintendent's reply thereto or the action taken by the Superintendent thereon, shall be forwarded to the Inspector-General, and, in the case of any remark made relative to the long detention of any unconvicted prisoner a copy of such remark shall also be forwarded to the Magistrate and the Sessions Judge.
