Section 21 in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
21. No rights of membership to be exercised till due payments are made.
- No member shall exercise the rights of a member unless he has made such payment to the society in respect of membership or acquired such interest in the society as may be prescribed or as may be specified in the bye-laws of such society.
