Section 410C(1) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(1)Every application for licence under this Chapter shall be made to the [District Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Commissioner' by the Tamil Nadu Municipal Laws (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Tamil Nadu Act 26 of 2000).] in such form, containing such particulars and with such fee as may be prescribed.
