1. It is stated by Mr.Limaye appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 that he would obtain instructions from the Thane Municipal Corporation and make a statement with regard to the release of pensionary benefits in favour of the petitioner from this Corporation.
2. Let the Municipal Commissioner look into these files and the pending pension matters and clear them so that parties like the petitioner do not have to wait for pension or similar benefits. At that time, he was 64 years of age. Now, he must be about 68 years or more. In the circumstances, an earlier resolution of such matters is highly appreciated.
3. Let the needful be done by Mr.Limaye and we place this matter for him to make an appropriate statement on 12 th March, 2019. It shall be listed on the "Supplementary Board".
