Section 12(12) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Rooftop Solar Grid Interactive Systems Based on Net Metering) Regulations, 2015
12.2The Net Meter shall be installed at the interconnection point of the eligible consumer with the network of distribution licensee. The solar meter shall be installed at the delivery point of the solar energy system to measure the solar energy generated. The licensee shall provide meters as per provision in Bihar Electricity Supply Code, 2007.
