Section 13(3)(b) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2008

(b)Claim for Travelling Allowance admissible to ailing Government servant and / or attendant / escort under Rule 6 of these rules shall be drawn on Travelling Allowance bill form. Such a travelling allowance claims shall be accompanied by a certificate from the Authorised Medical Attendant permitting the Government servant alone or with attendant / escort, where necessary to undertake journey.
