Section 26(4) in The Karnataka Rajya Dr. Gangubai Hangal Sangeetha Mattu Pradarshaka Kalegala Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2009
(4)(a)The Academic Council may, for the purpose of consultation, invite any person having special knowledge of practical experience in any subject under consideration attend to any meeting, such person may speak in and otherwise take part in the proceedings of this meeting but shall not be entitled to vote;(b)The person so invited shall be entitled to such daily and traveling allowances as are admissible to a member of the Academic Council.
