91. Order of Assessment.
(1)The Authority shall deliver or serve a copy of the order of assessment on the applicant or the person liable for the development charge and/or tonnage cess.(2)Such order of assessment, subject to the provision of Section 63 shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court.
