Section 18(2) in Haryana Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(2)The procedure to be followed for sampling air or emission from any chimney, flue or duct, plant or vessel or any other sources and outlet, stationary or mobile, the instruments to be used for sampling and the methods of measuring air pollutants shall be such as may be specified by the Board to suit the situation.
