15. Determination of vacancies.
- The Governor shall, in consultation with the Court, determine and intimate to the Commission the number of vacancies in the posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) to be filled in during the year of recruitment as also the number of vacancies to be reserved for candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and other categories.
