Section 1 in The Karnataka Prohibition Of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2004
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2004.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the fifth day of September, 2003.
