Section 6B in Uttar Pradesh Public Service (Tribunals) Act, 1976
6B. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Members or any other person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done, in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
