Section 70(1)(a) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

(a)The Head of office while taking action to obtain claim or claims from the family in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 69 shall, simultaneously undertake the completion of Form 12. The work shall be completed within one months of the date on which intimation regarding the date of death of the employee has been received.
