Section 3(2) in Punjab General Sales Tax (Deferment and Exemption) Rules, 1991
(2)The deferment of or exemption from payment of tax shall become admissible only after the issue of the certificate of eligibility in Form ST(D and E)-III by the prescribed authority incharge of the district in the Department of Excise and Taxation.
