Section 7(b) in Himalayan Garhwal University Act, 2016
(b)To establish campuses or Constituent Colleges of Technical education, Higher education, Humanities & Social Sciences, Commerce, Science, Computer Science, agriculture Science, management, poultry husbandry and animal feed, Horticulture, Paramedical science, Nursing, Law Education, Mass Communication and Journalism, Teaching Education, Hotel Management, Pharmacy and other areas of education for offering certificate, Diploma, Graduate Degree, post graduate degree and Doctoral degree which would be as nominated by the university Grant Commission but the University shall, have the right to start other diploma and certificate course in furtherance of its Objectives.
