Section 40 in Karnataka Tax on Lotteries Act, 2004
40. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Karnataka Tax on Lotteries Ordinance, 2003 (Karnataka Ordinance 10 of 2003) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
