Section 48 in The Uttarakhand Police Act, 2007

48. State Government may prescribe form of returns.—

The State Government may direct the submission of returns by the Director General of Police and other officers, as the State Government may deem proper, and may prescribe the forms, in which such returns are to be prepared.
